Independent Age approached Novo-K to respond to a competitive tender. They were seeking an organisation to develop a complete procurement approach encompassing process, systems, training, and post procurement contract management.
British Yearly Meeting- Quakers
BYM approached Novo-K their Procurement Business Partner to help them go to market and procure a new outsourced payroll provider.
With our longstanding relationship with the bank, both in the UK and Spain, we were asked to build a tailored training programme to begin the team’s development journey and support Aquanima’s strategic objectives.
We were approached by Parkinson’s UK to review their expenditure. Their largest expense was their Print Fulfillment and Distribution services.
The Children’s Society
Novo-K were approached by The Children’s Society for support and guidance on Travel Management as their organisation’s use of travel had become extensive and inconsistent, meaning opportunities to be more efficient and save money were being lost.
St Helena Hospice
St Helena Hospice approached Novo-K as they already had a 5-year plan to reposition themselves to make the organisation self-sustainable through multiple revenue streams and moving away from the 80/20 funding split, but needed some support.
British Yearly Meeting - Quakers
We first met the BYM team in 2016 when they attended the Procurement Foundations course, we ran with NCVO. Following this training BYM embarked on their Procurement Journey putting in place structure and controls.
In 2018, we were approached to review the set-up and provide recommendations on achieving best practice and moving up the procurement maturity curve.
Orchid – Fighting Male Cancer
Orchid relocated in 2015, and experienced issues with their IT and telecommunications, including poor quality of service. They approahced us to support with procuing the right IT services

In September 2017, we ran two workshops at eWorld: Procurement & Supply sharing our #SMARTprocurement model and demonstrating how collaboration within organisations can make a difference with our tools and templates.
